- How do I get in touch with you?

- I forgot my password, what do I do?
Simply generate a new password by clicking on “Forgot Password” option at sign in/log in page. An email with link to generate a new password will be sent to your registered email Id.
- My order is placed. What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS .We will try to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse and will keep you informed at every step. You can also track your order through our website from ‘My Account’ section. It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is handed over to the delivery service provider.
- How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is successfully placed. The mail will also have all the details related to your order.
- How can I track my order shipment?
Once shipped, orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number OR airway bill number, commonly referred to as AWB number. You can follow the steps below:
1. Go to ‘My Orders’ after logging into your account, find the order number you wish to track and click on ‘Track My Order’ to get updates on your shipment. The tracking link is activated only 24 hours after your order is dispatched.
2. You can also see real-time updates of your order through the direct link in the order shipment email you receive from us.
In cases of connectivity issues with the courier service provider’s website, we will provide you the AWB number and courier service provider’s name via email and on your account page. All you need to do is go to the courier service provider's website and fill the AWB number in the tracking section.
What payment methods are accepted at Zemoda.in? We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards, Net Banking and UPI.
- I have changed my mind about the product(s) I ordered from Zemoda. Can I cancel the order?
No problem. You can cancel your Zemoda order any time until it hasn't been packed for dispatch at our warehouse. Any amount paid online for this order will be fully refunded to you.
- Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
We do not want to restrict you from shopping at your favourite online fashion store and thus there are no restrictions on quantity that you can order.
- Can I exchange the product I ordered with another product?
You can exchange your current product in cases where there is a size mismatch or quality defects but only with the same product. If you would like to get another product in exchange, we recommend that you return this product and place another order.
- Is there any charge for returning or exchanging the product(s) I ordered from Zemoda?
There are no additional charges for returning / exchanging products.
- Is there a delivery fee?
Yes.For orders below 599 the standard delivery fee of Rs.100 will be applicable.
- I never received my order. Will I get a refund for both the product and the delivery fee?
If your Zemoda order is cancelled, misplaced along the way or not delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire amount including any delivery fee for payments made online.
- Why do I need to self-ship?
In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.
- Is there any charge for self-ship the product I ordered from zemoda.in?
Yes. Return at your cost.
- Can I return Masks?
No,there is no return on Masks.
